Customer Service Lacks Support After Purchase

Bella Maison was prompt in processing my payment; however, assistance afterward has been lacking. My shipment has not seen any significant movement for over two weeks. There have been issues with their email addresses, as my emails bounced back, and customer service provided only the same tracking number that I could already access myself. Unfortunately, I have not received any answers or accountability, leaving me quite disappointed. I would hesitate to order from this company in the future.
